Refund Policy

At Ashota Stays, we strive to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests. Our refund policy is as follows:

1. Cancellations Made 14 Days or More Before Check-In

 
Guests who cancel their reservation 14 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

2. Cancellations Made Within 14 Days of Check-In


Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date may not be eligible for a refund. However, we will review requests on a case-by-case basis to address any extenuating circumstances.

3. Refund Process  


- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.  
- Please allow [ 7–10 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account.  

4. No-Show Policy  


In the event of a no-show (failure to check in on the arrival date without prior communication), no refunds will be provided.

5. Force Majeure Events 

 
Ashota Stays is not liable for cancellations due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters or government restrictions). In such cases, we may offer a credit for future stays instead of a refund.
