Welcome to Ashota Stays. By booking a property or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment  


- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as stated at the time of booking.  
- Final payment must be received before check-in.

2. Cancellation Policy  


- Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in will receive a full refund.  
- Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit.  

 

3. Check-In and Check-Out

 
- Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.  

 

4. Guest Responsibilities

 
- Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition and reporting any damage or issues promptly.  
- Smoking is not allowed.  
- Some pets are allowed with restrictions. Please inquire about specific requirements before booking.  

 

5. Liability

  
- Ashota Stays is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to secure personal travel insurance.  

 

6. Property Usage

  
- The property is to be used solely for vacation purposes and cannot host more guests than stated in the booking confirmation.  
- No illegal activities or parties are allowed on the premises.  

 

7. Force Majeure

  
- Ashota Stays shall not be held responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.  

 

8. Governing Law

  
- These terms are governed by the laws of [Insert Jurisdiction]. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of this jurisdiction.
